Return Policy

Returns: We understand that sometimes purchases do not work out. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us at info@harpershayloft.com within 14 days of receiving your order.  If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. 

Refunds: To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  Once your return is received, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.  Gift cards are non-refundable. 

Shipping: Please send the item in the original packaging to Harper’s Hayloft, P.O. Box 454, Hampton, IA  50441.  You will be responsible for shipping costs. 

Damages and issues: Please inspect your order when received and contact us at info@harpershayloft.com if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item.

Exchanges: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
